We have a wide range of learner driver courses available, and you will be taught by a fully qualified instructor, one to one, from your local area.

We start with discounted one hour lesson to assess your driving ability based on any previous experience you have had and your general handling of a car. Don't worry if you haven't had much, if any, experience. Most people come to us with no experience at all.

If you're a bit nervous about learning to drive, don't worry, you're not the first! – we’re patient & friendly, we know you can’t do everything right straight away – that’s why we’re here!

GreenLight consists of over 30 highly qualified male & female instructors who we're sure you'll enjoy learning to drive with.

The DSA are making some minor changes to how the test will be conducted, don’t worry as all our instructors are fully aware of this and you’ll have plenty of time to practise on your lessons.

From October 2010 you’ll only be asked to perform 1 manoeuvre and there will be a short section of the test when you’ll be asked to ‘follow the signs for …’ or you may be shown a diagram of a short route and asked to follow it from memory. The reason for these changes is to test your ability to drive without being given directions whilst applying a safe MSM routine.

You will decide WHICH mirrors to check, WHEN to apply a signal and HOW to make a safe manoeuvre. Should you take a wrong turn during this section of the test you won’t fail as long as you did the turn safely. We feel that these changes will give you the chance to show your examiner how you will drive AFTER the test when you’re ‘on your own’.

Remember, we want you safe for the rest of your life, not just on your test!
